• You agree not to use Mtambo for sending spam, unlawful content, or violating third-party social platform community guidelines (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription or free trial enrollment. Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all original content and brand assets uploaded to Mtambo. Content generated via our AI tools is owned by you for your commercial and marketing use.
